CAB is an organisation, staffed by volunteers, who provide information and advice about how to deal with life’s difficult times: family problems, employment problems, housing issues, financial difficulties and questions, immigration matters, questions about education or health services and many others. If you don’t know who to ask or where to go for assistance, we can help. We also offer specialist clinics: a JP clinic Mondays-Fridays 12 noon-2pm and Saturdays, 10am-12 noon. Our legal advice and family issues clinics are free by appointment on Monday evenings, 5-8pm.
