Services are organised into ten teams: Community Support, including Asian and Family/Whanau support specialist sub-teams; the residential Beachhaven Rehabilitation Service; Poutama Dual Diagnosis Service; Abeo House Residential Service: Waatea Residential Service (Hamilton:) Edge Employment; Reach Out Peer Support; Mahi Marumaru AOD Peer Support Service and Housing Facilitation.
Unstress offers practical tools to recognise and manage stress.
Employment Support helps people set goals in line with their career hopes and dreams and includes individual help in finding work experience and preparing for applications and interviews.
Connect works strongly from a Values base, using them in recruitment, decision making, planning and evaluation of services.
Connect holds priorities in people development. That includes stakeholder development – service users, family/whanau and Maori – so that people can work more actively in partnership with the organisation both in individual service delivery and in organisational development.
