Dress for Success is a global charity founded by Nancy Lublin in 1996 in New York City. There are over 130 affiliates worldwide. Dress for Success in Auckland is one of seven in New Zealand.

We are dedicated to changing the lives of over 1500 women each year. We provide them with professional work attire, styling, confidence and career advice, as well as on-going professional networking, leadership skills and retention programmes.

We have been empowering women into employment for over 15 years.

We believe each woman we assist has chosen to work and become financially independent. We are proud to play a part in our clients taking these opportunities to work hard and achieve success.

At least 52% of the women we work with succeed in securing employment.
