A free Professional Development workshop for those working with young people and families
Employers are from Mars; young people are from Venus. There is a gap between employers’ expectations and what attitudes young people typically bring to a new job. Employability skills underpin success in working life. Based on current research this workshop will help you to understand 9 key employability skills valued by NZ employers and how to integrate these into your work with youth and families.
